1) What You’re Buying

Online Medical Academy provides access to online educational materials, study content, and/or an assessment. Upon successful completion, Online Medical Academy may issue a digital certificate of completion or credential documentation.

Delivery is digital only and may include email delivery, account access, downloadable files, or a certificate download link.

2) When You Agree to These Terms

You agree to these Terms when you purchase a course, access course materials, create or access your account, start an assessment, complete an exam, download a certificate, or otherwise use Online Medical Academy services.

We may store records related to your purchase and use of the service, including timestamps, IP address, account activity, exam activity, and the version of the Terms accepted.

3) No Employment Guarantee / No Employer or Government Affiliation

Online Medical Academy is an independent online education and certification provider. Completion of a course or assessment does not guarantee employment, job placement, promotion, employer acceptance, licensing, or regulatory approval. Online Medical Academy is not a government agency.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm that any course, certificate, or training program meets the requirements of their employer, prospective employer, school, licensing board, or other organization before purchasing.

4) Accounts & Identity

You must provide accurate information when registering, purchasing, completing coursework, or requesting a certificate.

Each account, course registration, exam attempt, and certificate is intended for one individual only. Accounts, certificates, and course access may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by another person.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated at any time. Applicable taxes, processing fees, or other charges may be added where required.

Your billing statement may display a descriptor associated with Online Medical Academy or its payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at support@onlinemedicalacademy.com before filing a dispute so we can assist quickly.

6) Delivery, Access, and Support

Access is typically available after payment is completed. Digital materials, exam access, and certificates will be delivered by email or online access link.

If you do not receive access, please check your spam/junk folder and contact support@onlinemedicalacademy.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues, resend links, assist with login issues, or correct platform errors.

7) Intellectual Property & License

All course materials, study guides, exams, questions, certificates, templates, website content, graphics, processes, and related materials are the intellectual property of Online Medical Academy or its licensors.

Online Medical Academy grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your own education and credentialing purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, resell, republish, reverse-engineer, upload, share, or use the materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

8) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share accounts, login credentials, course materials or exam content.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false identity information
  • Falsify, alter, or misrepresent a certificate or completion record
  • Attempt to bypass exam controls or platform security
  • Copy, photograph, record, distribute, or publish exam questions or course content
  • Use bots, automation, scripts, or unauthorized tools to access courses or complete exams
  • Engage in cheating, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform

Violations may result in account suspension, denial of service, certificate revocation, cancellation of access, and/or denial of future service.

9) Certificate Status, Verification, and Revocation

Certificates may be verified using information such as name, email address, completion date, certificate ID, or other completion records.

Online Medical Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke a certificate if we determine that it was obtained through fraud, cheating, account sharing, identity misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, or other violation of these Terms.

10) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact support@onlinemedicalacademy.com first if you have an issue with your purchase, access, certificate, or billing.

If you file a chargeback after accessing course materials, starting an assessment, completing an exam, or receiving a certificate, Online Medical Academy may suspend or revoke the associated certificate or account access while the dispute is pending.

We may provide relevant records to the payment processor or financial institution to respond to disputes, including purchase records, access logs, exam activity, delivery confirmations, IP information, timestamps, and communications.

11) Service Changes & Downtime

Online Medical Academy may update course content, exam questions, certificate formats, platform features, delivery methods, prices, and policies at any time.

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. If a confirmed platform issue prevents access or completion, we will work to resolve the issue or determine whether a refund is appropriate under the Refund Policy below.

12) Privacy

Online Medical Academy collects limited information needed to provide, secure, and verify the service. This may include name, email address, payment-related information, IP address, device information, course activity, exam activity, certificate records, and customer support communications.

We use this information to process orders, provide access, issue certificates, verify completion, prevent misuse, respond to customer support requests, and maintain records.

13) Disclaimers & Liability Limits

Online Medical Academy services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Medical Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost employment, lost income, or failure of a third party to accept a certificate.

Online Medical Academy’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the course, exam, or certificate giving rise to the claim.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the website, a purchase, course access, assessment, or certificate shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15) Changes to These Terms

Online Medical Academy may update these Terms at any time. The effective date or posted version will reflect the latest update.

Your continued use of the website, account, course materials, exams, or certificates after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

What’s Refundable

Refund requests may be approved in the following situations:

  • 30-day unused access window: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the exam or assessment has not been started and no certificate has been issued.
  • Duplicate charge: We will refund confirmed duplicate transactions.
  • Platform or system error: We will refund confirmed platform errors that prevent access or completion and cannot be reasonably resolved.

What’s Not Refundable

Because Online Medical Academy provides digital goods and immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once:

  • Course materials have been accessed
  • An exam or assessment has been started
  • A certificate has been issued
  • The purchase is outside the 30-day refund window
  • The account has been used in violation of these Terms

Refund eligibility is void in cases involving account sharing, cheating, falsified identity information, misuse of course content, chargeback abuse, or other policy violations.

support@onlinemedicalacademy.com

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Email address used at purchase
  • Order number, if available
  • Purchase date
